Full title: Vietnamese History in Pictures 02: The Legends of the Hùng Kings – Descendants of Dragons and Fairies – Saint Gióng
In episode 1, you have traveled to follow archaeologists into the cultural layers of the Ancient People in our country from the early Stone Age to the early Iron Age. From this episode 2, it starts with oral stories in folklore. It is the product of imagination, the creation of human beings before there was a writing that expressed the thoughts, concepts and dreams of the ancients about the universe, all things, and people. These folk tales more or less bear the shadow of the period that the story shows and it is a myth. Volume 2 with two legends of the Hung dynasty about the Dragon of the Fairy and Thanh Giong partly helps you understand many things, events, and customs from the time of King Hung that are still preserved and developed by later generations, to be more proud of the origin of the Dragon Fairy, about the rivers of Vietnam.
